Which type of users can use the tool?
  • Admin- Create, Edit and View checklists of his assigned store or site.
  • Store Admin- Create, Edit and View checklists of his assigned store or site.
  • Store User- View, capture and submit the assigned checklists of his store and create any Issue logs
  • Field Auditor- Submit the checklist and raise issues based on the assigned store or site.
  • Issue Requestor- Can raise and view the status of the issues they have raised.
  • Training Author- Can post Training contents to the relevant store users.
  • Business Manager/Heads/Zone/Territory/Area- Who can view store action completion process and get related Web Analytics to make quick business decisions.
Who is considered as a Paid user?

Any person (Admin, User, Auditor, Business Manager, Area Manager) who has access to act on the platform from both Web and Application is considered as a paid user

How is the access granted, edited or disabled?
  • Admin can add users through the Web login. The process is simple, as admin will have to provide a User name, location and what access will be provided to the user.
  • Admin can make changes if the user moves to a different location.
  • Admin can disable the user if he moves out of the organization.
Can Admin add as many users or is there a restriction?

You can add as many users as you like.

When and how will I be billed?

Monthly Billing- On a monthly plan, we will usually bill on the first day of every month.
Annual Billing- On an annual basis, you will be charged immediately up-front for the year on the day you upgrade.

What is the Refund Policy?

Once the User enrolls into any Plan, the refund will not be made after purchase or enrollment.
